we have assembled, secured / sold
a majority of the homes on the perimeter of Camfella.

Here is how this can benefit all land owners in the Cam fella subdivision.
The planning is underway on all of the exterior lots as they have been sold or are sold conditionally.
Currently the plan is to have towns.
The builders were advised to blend into the subdivision of the inside lots, meaning
single family homes are to be built fronting onto Cam Fella.
If one objects to the plans, in regards to price, it will affect your price when you plan to sell.

If you want to take advantage in receiving pricing of development lands..
do not object to the redevelopment of Cam Fella.
The prices paid reflect a higher density ( more homes per lot can be built ).
However, if everyone living in the inside lots objects, development will happen
but at a smaller scale and as a result the prices for the estate lots, will be lower.
